- With a free discovery call. You tell us how things work today and what's getting in the way. If we can help, we send a written proposal with a scope and a price.
- Do you work on a fixed fee or a retainer?
- Both. A fixed fee for well-defined projects, a monthly retainer for ongoing advice and support. We'll recommend one after the discovery call.
- Where are you based?
- Our registered office is in Covent Garden, London. We work remotely with clients across the UK, Europe and selected international markets, and meet in person in London on request.
- How do you keep my data confidential?
- Every engagement is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and we handle personal data in line with UK GDPR.
